Exchange Policy
If
you have an exchange of your Happy Feet you need to send them to us via
US Postal Serviceor Fedex to the address below. We will send them
back to you on an exchange for FREE, but remember that you must pay to
ship them to us. For a box label and return form to insert in the box
please click the links below. We do not accept worn slippers for
exchange.
Return Policy
You
may return your Happy Feet slippers within 30 days of purchase for credit.
All returns are subject to inspection and must
have a receipt or website trackable order number. All returns are
subject to inspection for excessive use or wear and we will credit the
original purchasers account. We do not accept worn slippers for return
unless deemed defective by manufacturing. To receive a Return Authorization
login to your account with email and password via the my account link and
select request a return.

EXTRA CHARGES:
When
exchanging an item for one of another price we will charge the card on
file from the original purchase the difference. If you do not want that
card charged, you must include the difference in price in the box.

Cleaning Instructions
Happy
Feet are a delicate item. To clean them you need to try a lint brush
first, but if they require more cleaning try to hand wash with a light
detergent and air dry to protect the colors.
